We are, therefore, offering “one to one” Interview Advice and Career Counselling sessions to all candidates, from Graduate Trainee to Managing Director/Board Level individuals. These sessions will offer frank and informative advice on how to prepare for job applications, preparation for interviews, Assessment Centres, as well as how to handle job offers and salary negotiations.
With many successful trading years experience in shortlisting to some of the major Automotive names in the World, Southgate Consulting is the Automotive Recruitment Specialist and is well placed to advise candidates on how to achieve their career goals.
