What happens if a candidate leaves our employment within the guarantee period?
Southgate Consulting will find a suitable replacement, free of charge, within a maximum of six months of the previous candidate commencing employment.
What screening process is used prior to shortlisting candidates to a client?
Southgate Consulting will conduct a structured interview prior to shortlisting candidates and these will be face-to-face interviews for all retained assignments.
How expensive is the process?
Our fee structure, we believe, is highly competitive and flexible, much more so than some of our competitors. All costs are explained and agreed prior to each assignment being undertaken. Value for money and long guarantees are the cornerstone of our business.
How long does the recruitment process take?
This will depend on whether the process is an Executive Search and Selection, Managed Advertised Recruitment or an Automotive CV Database matching method of recruitment and selection. Typically, a comprehensive programme will be completed within five weeks from instruction. Database searches, on most occasions, may be completed within the matter of days.
