This included a Head of Sales, Head of Fleet and the Head of Future Retail, with all of these positions demanding huge responsibility and requiring the individuals to perform to the highest levels, due to a raft of new model launches and CI programmes to be rolled out into the network.
Internal promotion is a usual step in this type of search as companies often like to go with a known quantity, the difference here being that the Managing Director was very eager to bring in new ideas, and seek out candidates from a premium car background who would complement the change the company was going through, and is continuing to go through currently.
