Details
Our client is seeking an experienced Area Manager, either Sales or Aftersales orientated, who is or recently has been working within a Manufacturer or Importer environment. You will need to be able to effectively cover a wide territory on behalf of this Automotive Manufacturer and will be responsible for analysing areas of opportunity and implementation of actions to address Parts & Accessory Sales, Customer Satisfaction, Workshop Efficiency, Warranty Performance as well as Training & Development.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to influence at all levels, on a multi-site/multi-franchise platform, and be able to communicate effectively demonstrating clear commercial benefit to the Retail Dealers within your territory.

Requirements
Are you an experienced Area / Regional Manager, working within a Manufacturer/Importer environment?
Have you proven success in regards to influencing and communicating with senior level individuals within a Dealer Network?
Have you experience of development operational plans to analyse and then develop either (or all areas of) Parts Sales, Accessory Sales, Customer Satisfaction, Workshop Efficiency, Warranty Performance, Training & Development? (please detail in comments or on covering note where your experience lies)
Have you experience in regards to ensuring that Retail Dealers, within a specified territory, are adhering to Manufacturer quality management standards?
Have you experience in terms of Dealer Development and the appointment of new dealers?
